I'm Going to Disneyland!!!

Tomorrow we're headed to the Happiest Place on Earth!!! SOOOOOO excited am I!
We're going before school gets out here, so hopefully it won't be too horribly crowded yet. The last time I went to Disneyland during Christmastime was while Stephen and I were dating, and it was between Christmas and New Year's, the busiest time of the YEAR. The Fastpasses made the lines for rides not too bad, but walking around the park was more like shuffling. Pressed against a million other people, inching around the park. And trying to buy food, even from a little vending cart? Forget about it! Unless you wanted to wait an hour!
Here's hoping for less crowds this time!
Things I can't wait to do at Disneyland tomorrow include:
*Ride all the FUN rides! Last time I went to Disneyland was when I was pregnant with Natalie. I still had a blast, but you know what I mean when I say I am stoked to ride all the FUN rides this time!!! Indiana Jones, Space Mountain, the Matterhorn, Big Thunder Mountain, and I've never even BEEN on the Tower of Terror before!
*See the Christmas fireworks show with the fake snow! Gorgeous and magical, indeed!
*Watch the Christmas parade with Kirsten.
*Eat the delicious park food (okay, so Disneyland REALLY doesn't have great food inside the park. I wish they did though!)
*Find a great Disneyland Christmas decoration.
*Get pictures of Kirsten with all the Christmas Disney characters!
*Ride the Christmas-themed rides! I adore going on It's a Small World and Haunted Mansion when they're all changed up for the holidays!
Kirsten is really excited too, even though she doesn't even remember going to Disneyland last year. But she keeps talking about Disneyland and seeing Mickey Mouse "to say hi!" So we'll be saying hi to Mickey Mouse tomorrow!

  1. I've been twice! Never thought of it in the winter. Take lots of pics(I'm sure you will)! And have LOTS of fun. You should get one of those cute cartoon drawings of your family!

  2. Hopefully you have the same reaction on the Indiana Jones ride as you did when we were dating. I don't think I've seen anyone as happy as that on an amuzement park ride before.

  4. Hit Haunted Mansion Holiday EARLY!!!! Lines were 90+ minutes in October in the afternoon. % minutes in the mornings, we rode it 3 or 4 times in a row while lines were short. Have fun!!!
