The Hoh Rainforest!

Another must-see on our trip to the Olympic Peninsula was DEFINITELY the Hoh Rainforest! And it lived up to its expectations! The whole little forest hike we did wound around through tons of moss-covered trees, and it was like something out of a fairytale. It was so quiet there too, and we didn't run into many other tourists there at all. I loved it!
Isn't this tree just the coolest-looking tree EVER???

The trail we did was called the Hall of Mosses Trail. I've never seen moss grow all over trees like that! I've seen beautiful trees before, but none like these!

Kirsten enjoyed all the trees from her backpack.

I kept expecting these trees to come alive and start talking to us, like the ones on Lord of the Rings. They were SO twisted and ancient!

This was really cool. . . a natural arch over the path that was just a tree!

Everyone should definitely visit the Hoh Rainforest during their lifetime. It was amazing! And we didn't even get rained on in the rainforest!

  4. These trees don't even look real! They seriously look like a fantasy painting or something. Absolutely beautiful.
