Valentine's Dinner At Home!

I decided that we would stay home for Valentine's day this year, rather than taking Kirsten with us to a crowded restaurant since we have no babysitter. We had a great time, because I made us the yummiest fondue. I made a cheddar-swiss fondue for dinner that we dipped baguette slices and apple slices in. It was almost as good as the Melting Pot! We had Shirley Temples to drink, to go with the Valentine's theme. These are the beautiful roses Stephen gave me, and they made a nice centerpiece.
What would Valentine's Day be without chocolate? We dipped the strawberries, banana slices, pound cake, and rolled wafer cookies into milk chocolate fondue for dessert. It was SO good!
Kirsten was really good and played on the floor while we ate our fondue dinner. I hope everyone had a Happy Valentine's day!
