Faber-Castell has a really beautiful new line of Coloring and Artivity Books out! They have 18 different themes available, some more simple books for younger kids and some with more complicated designs for older kids. I chose this Beautiful Butterflies-themed book to review for Kirsten:
Confession: It's so pretty I won't let her use it yet! Her coloring is pretty limited to scribbling right now, so I'd just rather save such beautiful designs as this book has for when she's older and can truly appreciate the designs and color them artfully.The butterflies book has 24 pages of high-quality watercolor paper. It has all different activities, like create your own butterflies, games and puzzles, paper crafts, and mix and match pages. It's really a sophisticated coloring book that would encourage kids to become little artists!
Faber-Castell is offering a whole little artist's giveaway! The winner gets to choose whichever Coloring and Artivity book they like the best, and will also receive a 12-pack of Jumbo Triangular Crayons and a 12-pack of Jumbo Triangular Colored EcoPencils. I received the crayons and colored pencils as well, and the quality is so wonderful! We love them!

ReplyDeleteThey have some great books - I love FUn on the Farm - but with homeschooling in mind for sometime in the next few years, I'd probably choose "amazing creatures of the sea" or something different from what my children normally see.
