Crazy Dreams!!!

A couple of nights ago, I dreamed that I had a baby boy. I woke up and thought, "Well, at least I actually had a HUMAN baby this time!" When I was pregnant with Kirsten, I had a very vivid dream one night that instead of a baby I had a litter of kittens! And the weirdest thing about it was that nobody else in the dream thought it was weird!
I typically remember lots of my dreams and I have all KINDS of crazy ones about people I haven't thought about in years or people I've never even met before. My dreams get even stranger when I'm pregnant though! For some reason, lots of my pregnancy dreams involve swimming in the water with whales or fish or just being in the water somehow. Any dream interpreters reading this? :)

  3. I do remember reading when I was pregnant that pregnant women typically have crazy weird dreams - I also dreamt when I was pregnant that I had a kitten instead of a human :) And my belly was see through in another dream - I thought I was loosing my mind at the time, but apparently it's normal :)

  6. LOL!
In a dream with this most recent baby, he kicked my tummy so hard I could hold and play with his little baby foot. And in the dream I totally didn't think it was weird at all.

  7. When I was pregnant and just about to go to sleep, I'd tell Jon, "Well I'm off to the movies." My dreams were always so entertaining.

  9. I had CRAZY pregnant dreams, too. I can still remember them. One was about me being on the set of "Passion of the Christ," which came out on DVD when I was 8 months pregnant. It was so vivid.

I'd guess you want a baby boy, and you feel like a whale when you're pregnant!!

BTW, this is the 2nd dream post I've read today. Weird.

I had a dream that I gave birth to a dog. Husband had to birth it. And I put it in the trunk and asked my mom to babysit. (At this time, husband wanted a dog, but I didn't because of the responsibility I knew would fall on me. I'd say this dream was VERY literal!)

  10. That is so funny! I dreamed I was having a boy before I found out I was having a girl, and in my dream when he was born he looked exactly like JT (my little brother) when he was about 4 months old, even though in my dream he was born during my first trimester. :)Prenancy does such funny things to our bodies and minds!

  13. I came across your post while searching for meanings for my own crazy dream from last night - very similar to yours. My husband and I were at the ultrasound appointment and when the doctors brought us the picture, it was not of a baby, but of a kitten! It just got weirder from there, I won't go into detail, but the kitten part totally freaked me out. Strange that you and a previous commenter (Hoy Family) had such a similar dream experience.
