To everyone who's been wondering why I haven't gotten any vacation pictures up here yet. . . I have been TRYING!!! I just spent Kirsten's entire nap trying to upload pictures onto my blog and they refuse to upload! It takes a million years while the loading page continues to say "Your images are being uploaded to blogger." So I wait. . . and wait. . . and lament the loss of the precious nap time. And then after waiting for all that, I get nothing!!! No pictures, no images, just nothing. This same thing was happening yesterday, so for now I give up! Please be patient, everyone. I am trying my best to get pictures up! But for some reason Blogger hates me right now and refuses to let me.

We'll be patient- hope it works soon!
ReplyDeleteAre you uploading the full resolution (original) photo's? That could be the problem (that they're too big).
ReplyDeleteIn that case, take them into a photo editing software (i.e. Photoshop) or Picasa might do it - and resize them so the largest width is 750 px.
If you still have issues, feel free to email me and I can help resize them. :)
Yes I was gonna say the same thing as Rebecca or try just regular ol Paint and resize them. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI hope it works soon!!! I miss your blogs and your comments :)
ReplyDeleteGo make peace with yourself. Be calm and get centered. Send good thoughts to Blogger, and your computer. Put it out in the universe, and it will come back to you.
ReplyDeleteJust kidding. I felt like spouting new age mumbo jumbo. (You DO live in Seattle, right?!)
.....I really hope my sense of humor uploads on Blogger.....
No problem, hope you get it up and working soon. Have a great day :)
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear your dilema! And the wasted naptime... naptime quiet is sacred ground. Someone at blogger needs to be flogged. ;)
ReplyDeleteKim had issues with blogger, too, and eventually switched to wordpress because the issues lingered. GOOD LUCK!
Right there just summarized my relationship with Blogger!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat is a major reason I am annonymous! I can't figure out computer details to the least of me!!!!
ReplyDeleteMaybe you need more MEMORY capacity
to speed up the process...
It's pretty cheap to UPGRADE!
Keep smiling!!!!
Love always,
Anonymous
i always "Shrink" my pictures before I upload them...
ReplyDeletelike on Adobe Print Shop or something like that. it takes like NO TIME when i do that first :)
you might try something like that next time :)
