On our Oregon trip, we drove up the Columbia Gorge Scenic Highway near Portland and went to see Multnomah Falls. This is actually the second-highest waterfall in the USA, although I'm not sure what the highest is. Isn't this such a beautiful waterfall? I loved it!
Kirsten had a really fun time at the waterfall too. She was fascinated by the roaring water and the spray from the water, and she was so glad to get out of her car seat.
Waterfalls are some of my favorite things to see on trips! Someday I'll have to go to Niagara Falls, and another one on my list I want to see is Iguassu Falls in Brazil.

ReplyDeleteWe were able to go to that Waterfall last December and it was really rainy and cold, but still fun. 2 summers ago we were able to go to Niagra Falls and that was absolutely AMAZING!!! But I love waterfalls too and your pictures are beautiful!

ReplyDeleteI've been to Multnomah Falls many many times. It is one of the places we always took people to when they came to visit. My husband did the long hike to the top when he was a teenager but I only did the short hike. Maybe one of these days when we go back to visit I will hike it again.
