I think we've narrowed down our name choices for our second baby girl to two names. We really like them both, so I'm sure we won't decide until right after she's born and we can see which name seems to fit her better. But I'd love some opinions! Our new baby will be. . . .
Natalie Joy
or
Brynnley Kathleen
Which do you like better? Neither are family names, except that Kathleen is my middle name and my mom's first name. Natalie was our second choice name for Kirsten, but we obviously went with Kirsten instead. Brynnley would be called Brynn for short, if we decide on that one. I'm not going to say that whichever name gets the most votes will win or anything like that, but I'd love to hear what everyone thinks! So please comment!

I like both... I think my vote is for the second one though. Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteBrynnley Kathleen is very cute, feminine, and unique.
ReplyDeleteHow funny! My moms name is Cathleen, my middle name is Cathleen and my 2nd daughters middle name is Cathleen.
ReplyDeleteExcept you spell yours wrong :)
They are both beautiful names!!
ReplyDeleteNatalie Joy for sure. Brynnley is one of those Utah Mormon names...
ReplyDeleteBrynnley is definitely a trendier name for sure and Brynn is really, REALLY cute!!! But I think I like Natalie Joy...I don't know why. I think it sounds the like name of Kirsten's new sister more, maybe because you've talked about that one much more. :) They're both SO darling though!!!
ReplyDeleteI like them both! I prefer Natalie Joy, though...for personal reasons of course...my name is Catherine (Catie) Joy! Except mine is a family name, but I still LOVE my middle name. :)
ReplyDeleteI have a niece named Brynlie, so I vote for that one! Your spelling of the name is cute. And is it REALLY a Utah Mormon name???
ReplyDeleteI love the name Natalie Joy! It has a cute ring to it. You're such a happy person too, I think that any baby of yours will be "joyful" as well!
ReplyDeleteI think I like Natalie more but both are super cute. I think you'll know when she comes out which one fits best. That's what my Mom said she did with her kids.
ReplyDeleteBrynnley Kathleen!!
ReplyDeleteboth are really cute.
ReplyDeleteHow bout
Molly Brielle
Brynnley Jo
Natalie Jo
The Molly & Jo are for after me of course!
I know you've thought of a nickname for Brynnley, but have you considered a nickname for Natalie? Would you call her Nat or Nattie? I went through every possible name that might rhyme with Saide when choosing a name. I've never heard Brynnley. I think it's cute.
ReplyDeleteNatalie Joy!
ReplyDeleteI vote for Brynnley Kathleen. But both are wonderful. Do you wait to see the baby face to face? Or do you decide before she is born? m
ReplyDeleteThey are both cute. I think I like Natalie a little more.
ReplyDeleteThey are both cute! I of course have to vote for Natalie Joy. Why? Well, because Natalie is a great name!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat about Brynnley Joy, or Natalie Kathleen?
ReplyDeleteI personally like Brynnley better.
They both sound sweet. I like Brynnley, though because it's different. :)
ReplyDeleteI think Brynnley is really cute! I like it. Actually, I also like what one of your friends said - Brynley Joy would be adorable as well! Whatever you decide will be lovely. :)
ReplyDeleteThey are both cute. Whatever you chose will be perfect! My vote is the fist one. I love that name!! I also like that you are waiting until she is born to make the final call, I think that is really fun when people do that. You'll get to see her and pick the perfect name for her!
ReplyDeleteIt's getting so close, we are so excited!!
I have a neice named Bren, she is beautiful! I LOVE that name... and using your name (and your moms) is nice!!!
ReplyDeleteI like Natalie Joy, except Kathleen is so pretty and it's a family name, maybe Natalie Kathleen? I love all those names though! Good choices! I was the same as you, we had our favorite names picked out but we didn't/couldn't decide until we saw her for the first time, right after she was born to see which one fit. I'm super excited for you!
ReplyDeleteThey are both absolutely beautiful names! I would have to say Brynnley is my favorite though.
ReplyDeleteI like Natalie Joy more.
ReplyDeleteOh I love Brynnley!!
ReplyDeleteI l♥ve both of them!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI like Brynnley Kathleen. Nice to have a bit of a family name in there, and it's not like second choice (does that make sense?).
ReplyDeleteYou know my answer. Natalie Joy of course! Our Natalie has been an enormous Joy to us!:-)
ReplyDeleteNatalie is a darling baby name which can grow into a sophisticated name for a professional adult when she grows up! Our Natalie was a county planner after she got her degree and had her name on many official documents for Utah County before she became a SAHM. It can be a strong adult name and a sweet child's name.
She has never disliked her name... like MOI has my own.
Most important your time is about up and you will be able to hold your new little sweet♥heart in your arms!
Best of Luck with your delivery!
The more I think about Brynnley Kathleen it has more of a ring to it! I'll go with that one.
