About a week before Halloween, my parents came to Seattle for a weekend to visit Kirsten. Yes, only to see Kirsten. And it's understandable. She sure changes a lot faster than Stephen or I do. :)
We had a good time while they were here! My Dad went to work installing an extra electrical outlet for us and opening up our hall closet to reveal extra storage room beneath our stairs. I think every time he comes to our house he figures out some way to improve it, it's great! We also took Kirsten to the Country Village in Bothell to play and shop at some cute stores.
She loved feeding the ducks!
She thought it was hilarious to peek through the little windows in the sides and see me and Stephen there.
It's so fun when family visits! Oh, and my dad does the exact same thing when he visits. He's always fixing things and I love it.
ReplyDeleteCute pictures!
I cannot believe how long your daugher's hair is! Especially in comparison to mine. Looks like she had a blast though.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute place to go! If we had a place like that down here, I would go there everyday! How fun!
ReplyDeleteFall Fun Indeed!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou are such an AMAZING Mom to take your child everywhere all the time, she most definitely is not deprived of culture, nature and an action pact life! :)
Sounds like a lot of fun. You still coming down for Christmas. We have to get together again!!
ReplyDeleteHow fun! ♥ Hugs!
ReplyDeleteI love her little shoes, so cute! What a fun day that looks like!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a real fun visit! Funny how kids come in second to grandkids :) SO, since my outlook express is dead, I will respond here to the Bachelor comment, I watch it in morbid fascination, it's like a train wreck that you just can't look away from. It is interesting to see who they end up picking as well.
ReplyDeleteHi, thanks for following my blog. I don't know you, but you and your family seem like such great people. I am glad that you are able to know Ciera, she is really special.
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun! Moms and Dads are so wonderful when you're a mom yourself. They are finally appreciated... at least in my life they were. :) Happy fall!
ReplyDeleteWow! How fun! :) There's nothing like grandparents.
ReplyDelete\I love your folks - Tell them hi for me!
Dad's are great. I often call my dad for everything that needs fixing...although he is on the west coast so it's me fixing but with his instruction. LOL! :) CUTE PICS
