The Brazilian Side of Iguassu Falls!

We got to the Brazilian side of Iguassu Falls in the late afternoon, and of course we had MORE walking to do along a nice, paved trail. The great thing about this trail? It was all downhill, and at the very end we got to take an elevator back up to the main road where the bus was waiting for us. Niiiiiice!

There is much less to see on the Brazilian side overall, but it gave us some really beautiful panoramic views of all the falls.

Stephen got some more great butterfly shots! They really should be called "Butterfly Falls", the butterflies are absolutely everywhere!

I think this one was the smallest of all the waterfalls we saw:

Misty!

The most spectacular part of the Brazilian side of Iguassu Falls was at the very end of the trail, and it made it entirely worth it to see the Brazilian side:
We got to walk out on a really long wooden walkway and got amazingly close to a whole bunch of huge, roaring waterfalls!!! It was one of my life's most thrilling moments, where you could really feel the true power of nature in its wildest form. WOW!

We got soaking wet out on the walkway so we couldn't take the camera out for the whole thing, but we did get some beautiful pictures from the drier part of the walkway!

I loved seeing the colors of the setting sun reflected in the waterfalls!

I'm so happy that I got to experience nature's majesty like this with Stephen!

Our very last view of the falls. I did NOT want to leave!!!

Now I know why Iguassu Falls has been near the top of my life's list of places to go see. Because it really is THAT amazing and awe-inspiring!!! Everyone needs to go there someday!
